Welcome to Ancient Wisdom Living
About
At Ancient Wisdom Living, I believe the wisdom of our ancestors holds the key to vibrant modern living. Rooted in the timeless traditions of natural living, culinary herbalism, and nutrient dense foods, my mission is to help you reconnect with the healing rhythms of nature right from your own kitchen.

I focus on integrating healing herbs and whole foods into everyday meals, drawing from ancestral practices to inspire a simpler, more nourishing way of life. Living a natural lifestyle means choosing products and practices that nourish not only the body but also the mind and spirit. Whether you're looking to deepen your connection to the earth through herbal traditions, embrace natural practices that foster holistic wellness, or simply want to create real, wholesome meals that feed the body and spirit, I'm here to guide you on that path.

Step into a space where ancient healing meets modern wellness because living well shouldn't be complicated. It should be intentional, rooted, and full of flavor.

About Me
I’ve always believed the kitchen is more than a place to prepare food—it’s where history, healing, and connection come alive. My own path has been shaped by both necessity and passion. Because I live with severe sensitivities to conventional dairy and eggs, I’ve spent years developing recipes that leave them behind—without sacrificing comfort, flavor, or tradition. What started as a challenge became one of my greatest sources of creativity, pushing me to reimagine everyday meals as opportunities for healing.
For more than 25 years I’ve studied herbal medicine and aromatherapy, learning from some of the most respected teachers in the country. In 2013 I became a certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, later adding a Professional Plant-Based Cooking certification in 2024. Today, I’m continuing my studies in Culinary Medicine through the Food Coach Academy, always weaving together modern nutrition with ancestral wisdom.
I draw as much inspiration from old books and cookbooks as I do from new research and family stories. You’ll often find me experimenting with heritage grains, herbs, and preservation techniques—always searching for ways to bring the healing power of food and plants into daily life. Beyond my love of the kitchen, I’m deeply committed to living a natural lifestyle as a way to honor and protect the earth, and I strive to help others do the same.
When I step away from work, I’m usually hiking, gardening, cooking, making music, or—more often than not—lost in a stack of books. For me, these are all parts of the same story: exploring, creating, and finding joy in simple, nourishing ways of living.
